    A good book with weak points

    I have read this book several years ago when I was still a newbie and played just for fun. At that time I found many interesting aspects of the game there as Scoblete was one of the first authors who tried to determine whether there is a scheduled payback for winning hands or not. There is a rumor that now there is no playback schedule at all, because all video poker games are connected to main computer that randomly shuffles deck, so getting good hand becomes a lottery again. If that is true, this book is not useful anymore.

    Another weak point is author’s approach. I don’t believe video poker is Scoblete favorite game. In his book he doesn’t even mention an idea of making for living on video poker (many gamblers do that, believe me!). Some of the strategies he mentions in his book are wrong or simply difficult to understand.

    My favorite part is devoted to other games like blackjack as it’s clear that author is professional in casino gambling field.

    Finally a book I’ve been waiting

    I like chapters about strategy, although they are written in somewhat plain language, they are easy to remember and use in practise. All other chapters have much from fillers, but information is enjoyable and at some point useful. This book has polished and improved my skills, so I give it 5 stars.

    This book is simply amazing! To tell the truth, I like Frank Scoblete books so I was happy to read one. It’s definitely worth your attention as it provides all information you need to know.

    A book for Winners

    I’m pretty sure this book is for those people who want to win! It’s not the first book by Scoblete I buy and I must say I’m amazed by each one! When my friends recommended me this author, I thought he’d be just another poker book writer, but I was wrong. Scoblete is always interesting to read, but his books are very informative either. It’s fun and learning at the same time. I can’t wait to read his new books.

    This guy is a pro at business, not in video poker. Don’t buy this book, it’s not worth reading.

    New approach to video poker

    This book is for all gambling machines lovers. If you enjoy playing machines, you might like playing video poker ones. If you like video poker machines, you will like this book. Scoblete gives lots of information concerning choosing right video poker game and applying right strategies to each one. There are handy appendixes in the book. I’ve made a copy of strategies and go to casino only with them. Since I’d read this book, I started winning slightly more than always.
